I had bought a loveseat and chair set two years ago. I like it very much but needed more. Carol had sold me the set and called me when a matching chair came into the store she called me to ask if I’d like it! I went to the store immediately and purchased it. We also looked at other items, but I didn’t find anything. I’m so happy with my new matching chair. Carol was great, the other ladies at the sales counter were helpful. The kid who hauled it out was helpful, too. 😊

Hennen’s has a great selection for every room in your house. Heidi was great to work with showing us different options for dining room table and chairs. The best part is she remembered my name after just one visit, now that’s being customer oriented.

Terri approached me when I walked in the door. I told her what I wanted and she brought me to what I was looking for. She was very knowledgeable and answered my questions. I seriously hate shipping, especially for furniture. But we needed a new couch and Heidi was patient and kind while engaging with me through email and then a stop in the store. Barb told us about the kitchen table/chairs we were interested in. Not pushy. Told us delivery date and disposal of our old one. We needed to measure before we ordered. We decided to order. Barb helped with the paperwork. Very satisfied. Excited to get our new kitchen set.
